ROOF REPLACEMENT SERVICES
Not every roof can – or should – be restored. If yours is too damaged, aged, or structurally unsound, replacement may be the safest and most cost-effective option long term.
At Better Roof, we’ll always explore whether restoration is viable first. But when replacement is the better choice, we’re here to guide you through it. Clearly, honestly, and without upsell pressure.

Scaffolding
Our scaffolding partners set up safety equipment to meet height regulations. Please ensure the area around your home is clear and accessible.
Final Clean up
We tidy the site, remove all waste (including the old roofing), and leave your property clean and secure. Job done.
TIMING & SITE ACCESS
A full roof replacement typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on weather conditions.
During this time, our team will need access to the site. This includes weekends, which we need to maximise while the weather’s good. Please ensure:
-
Pets are secured and cannot escape or interfere with the work
-
Any potential hazards (tools, toys, garden gear) are cleared from the area
-
No other tradespeople are scheduled on site during our work
We appreciate your support in keeping the site safe, efficient, and stress-free.
What's involved?
Roof replacement means removing your old roofing material and installing a new, high-performance roof that protects your home for decades to come. We manage the entire process, including:
- Full removal and disposal of your existing roof
- Assessing and repairing underlying timber structures
- Installing new roofing (long run, tiles, or other materials)
- Upgrading underlays, flashings, fixings and ventilation as needed
- Ensuring water-tightness, compliance and a quality finish
Every job is different, and we’ll tailor our approach to your roof’s needs.
